The breakfast buffet was acceptable. It started early at 4 am.
Upon arriving at the hotel, i seemed like i had to walk a very long way down a corridor to reach my room. the hotel layout is strange. It also has two lobbies. mosquitoes somehow kept getting into the room (i don't know where they came from). i received many mosquito bites over my stay.

The hotel offers a buggy service to another lobby. This was very useful. I found a few restaurant choices available. The airport shuttle was convenient (it saved me taxi costs). The room was also spacious.
The reception staff was unprofessional (in my opinion). I received a room far away, even though the hotel was almost empty. I got a room with two single beds despite traveling alone. The Terra Lounge area is one to avoid.

slow check-instained carpet
The check-in process felt really slow. it took forever just to get my room key. also, there was this weird stain on the carpet in my room (it was supposed to be a premiere room). i asked if i could change rooms, but they said they were fully booked which i found hard to believe. the noise from the nearby bar kept me up. It was audible even with the windows closed.

The free airport shuttle was very convenient. It saved me from figuring out transportation. the breakfast buffet had many choices and i found it quite yummy. the gym was adequate for a quick workout and i enjoyed the pool, it looked nice. the staff were also very friendly and helpful .
